Abraham Maslow developed the hierarchy of needs model in 1954. Finally, According to lock’s goal theory people’s goals or intensions can play a part in determining their overall behaviour, this can be achieved by setting the workforce regular goals from frequent meetings. This process would be very beneficial for the Leeds site because once the staff have been set specific goals to do within their roles, they are more likely to perform better. This will have a very positive impact on the organisation by improving overall performance of staff and also increase customer satisfaction, which will ultimately lead to more profits for the site.
